1. What is CeyTreats Canada?

CEYTREATS Canada is an online store offering authentic Sri Lankan groceries, snacks, spices, soya meats, canned seafood, gifts and hampers. We deliver across Canada to help you enjoy the taste of Sri Lanka from home.


2. Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We offer trusted, Canada-wide delivery including major cities, small towns and remote areas. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on the location.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time depends on your city/province:

  • Ontario: 1–4 business days

  • Western provinces: 3–7 business days

  • Eastern provinces: 3–7 business days

  • Northern/remote areas: 7–10 business days

(You can adjust these based on your actual carrier.)


4. How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postal code, package weight, and carrier rates. We also occasionally offer free shipping promotions.


5. Do you offer local pickup?

Currently we do not offer local pickup, but we provide fast and reliable delivery across Canada.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Are your products authentic Sri Lankan brands?

Yes! All our products are sourced from trusted Sri Lankan suppliers and well-known brands to ensure quality, freshness, and authenticity.


8. Do you sell gift hampers?

Yes. We offer beautifully curated gift hampers for birthdays, cultural events, holidays and special occasions. Custom hampers are also available - simply contact us.


9. Do products have expiry dates listed?

Yes, all food items have clearly marked expiry/best-before dates. We ensure every product shipped meets safety and freshness standards.


10. Can I return or exchange items?

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items, but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours.
We will resolve the issue quickly.


11. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items

  • The original packaging

We will issue a replacement or store credit based on the situation.


12. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
You can follow your package in real time.
